- Staff enter records in the restricted register, or provide an Excel workbook for import.
- Records are checked for duplicate participants, reporting period and programme classification.
- The responsible reviewer checks monthly totals and follow-up status.
- Approved aggregate summaries appear on the public dashboard. Patient-level records remain restricted.
Current connection status
The existing staff portal is available at the link above. Shared save/edit access and Excel import are awaiting database connection verification. This page does not provide an Excel upload facility yet.
The public dashboard is ready to display reviewed monthly summaries. No patient spreadsheet has been imported into it.
