Hearing loss is a significant yet often overlooked health concern affecting individuals of all age groups. In children, untreated hearing impairment can delay speech development, education, and social integration. For elderly individuals, hearing loss can lead to isolation, reduced communication, and decreased quality of life.

Deafness Free Haryana was launched to address these challenges by improving access to hearing diagnosis and treatment, particularly for individuals who may not otherwise be able to afford such care.

Through this initiative, Santosh Cancer Foundation conducts hearing screening camps, provides hearing aids to elderly patients, and facilitates cochlear implant surgeries for children with severe hearing loss. Early detection plays a critical role in restoring hearing and enabling individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

The program also focuses on raising awareness about hearing health, encouraging families to seek early medical evaluation when signs of hearing difficulty appear.

By combining medical expertise, community outreach, and compassionate support, Deafness Free Haryana aims to help individuals reconnect with the world of sound and communication.
